In My Journey: Trust the Process, you will learn how I reached the highest level of artistic gymnastics, became an Olympic alternate, four-time World medalist, earned a-full scholarship to the University of Florida, and became an entrepreneur as CEO and Founder of Leanne Wong Bowtique. This is a step-by-step guide where I talk about my journey through my eyes since I was 5 years old in 2008 (with the help of my mom) until 2021. I also explain how the sport has taught me life lessons and shaped me into the person I am today.

You will learn about the sport of gymnastics, m y experiences that include journals, successes, disappointments, strategies, and dreams with prayer throughout my gymnastics career.

I provide insight to help gymnasts, parents, and anyone who is interested in learning about gymnastics, including how to design, score, and judge based on the Code of Points to the best of my knowledge.

My hope is to educate, inspire, and encourage those navigating the world of gymnastics.

Leanne Wong is an entrepreneur, CEO and founder of Leanne Wong Bowtique which brought innovation of her signature hair bows and leotards to gymnastics. Leanne loves to communicate with moms globally to design custom handmade hair bows to match their daughter's leos.

She loves to give back by coaching gymnasts and to give motivational talks to young gymnasts at camps, local gyms, and online. She works with multiple companies to bring value to their products and likes to donate to charities.

As a collegiate and international-elite-gymnast with 14 years of experience in the sport, she wants to inspire athletes to work hard and achieve their dreams and goals.

Leanne's mom, Bee Ding, Ph.D., is the typical gym mom who spent a lot of time driving Leanne to practice and watching in the gym. She has a Ph.D. In biomedical research/Pharmacology. After Leanne started her bow business, Leanne Wong Bowtique, she became the bow manufacturer and makes all the bows by hand. She has shared her insights and experience with other parents at various gyms on how to navigate the roller-coaster of gymnastics.
